Israel's State Comptroller, Matanyahu Englman, published a report finding that the Cabinet was not briefed on national cyber defense for about a decade, that no national cyber exercise was conducted in the six years before October 7, and that ministers did not receive proper security briefings. Englman called on the prime minister and all involved to treat the findings as a warning flag.
