The suspect, a client dissatisfied with Feldman's legal services, turned himself in around 15:55, according to reports. Police confirmed the suspect was taken into custody, ending a manhunt that had been underway since the shooting.
Feldman, a lawyer in his 50s, was shot multiple times in his office on Moshe HaLevi Street around 13:00 Tuesday. According to N12 and police statements, the suspect entered the building, argued with Feldman, and fired at least four shots. Two witnesses were present in the office at the time, including a colleague who found Feldman on the floor. The suspect fled the scene but was identified by police.
Police said the motive appears to be a business dispute; the suspect was dissatisfied with the legal representation he received in a tort claim. The suspect, a central Israel resident with a criminal record for property and weapons offenses, was known to the victim. The investigation is ongoing, and police have not released the suspect's name.
