Magen David Adom (MDA) paramedics treated the man, who sustained severe multi-system injuries in unstable condition, and the woman, who suffered moderate limb wounds, before evacuating both to Meir Hospital in Kfar Saba. MDA medic Nadim Assi and emergency medics Nur al-Din Masarwa and Yosef Gwabre reported providing lifesaving care including bleeding control, immobilization, and medication at the scene. This is the latest in a series of traffic accidents reported in central Israel over recent weeks, though no direct connection to previous incidents has been established.
