Two women in their 80s, man in his 50s injured in Highway 4 crash near Hefer Junction

A serious traffic accident between two vehicles on Highway 4 near Hefer Junction left an 80-year-old woman with a severe head injury and a woman in her 80s and a man in his 50s moderately injured, according to Magen David Adom (MDA). MDA medic Idan Shina, who treated the victims, said one vehicle overturned and firefighters performed a complex extraction before evacuating all three to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in Hadera.
