A Ukrainian drone struck an oil refinery in Nizhnekamsk, Tatarstan, around 1,000 km from the Ukrainian border, causing a fire at the facility, according to reports.
The strike is the latest in a series of Ukrainian drone attacks targeting Russian oil refineries deep inside the country. The Zioneer previously reported a fire at the same Nizhnekamsk refinery following a drone strike on July 8. The current incident, reported by a single monitoring channel, occurred approximately 1,000 km from the Ukrainian border. No details on damage or casualties are yet available, and Russia has not commented on the strike.
