01 · THE DISPATCH

On Sunday afternoon, journalist Adar Gitis published a video showing the moment a car exploded in Holon — the second such blast in the city within roughly two hours. The footage captures a stationary vehicle moments before it is destroyed by the explosion. The killing is described as criminal in nature; no official statement from police or other authorities has been issued, and the identities of the victim or perpetrators have not been confirmed.

As The Zioneer previously reported, the incident was first identified as a targeted killing around 12:04 Jerusalem, when initial reports noted a man approximately 30 years old found unconscious after a car explosion on HaLohamim Street. Over the following minutes, reports confirmed a fatality trapped inside the vehicle, and by 12:04 Jerusalem the victim was identified as Mustafa Abu Lsan, a resident of Jaffa. Tel Aviv District Police Commander Haim Sargrof stated at the scene that the victim was known to police and had been involved in criminal incidents linked to disputes in the Arab community of Jaffa. The video published by Gitis follows these reports but has not been independently verified.

As The Zioneer reported earlier Sunday, three firefighting crews battled a separate vehicle explosion blaze in Holon at 12:31 Jerusalem — the current bulletin concerns a distinct incident in the same city. Law enforcement and bomb-disposal units are investigating; a large police presence is searching for suspects.

No official confirmation of the video's provenance or the identities of any perpetrators has been released by authorities. The footage has not been independently verified by Israeli media.
