The soldier, who did not give his name, wrote that he arrived at Soroka's emergency room in the middle of the night, in significant pain and anxious about being confined to a wheelchair. The Bedouin doctor who received him, he said, was "the right person in the right place." He contrasted this experience with what he described as "harrowing stories" about Rambam's staff, but cautioned against generalizing from isolated incidents.
