Yosef Haddad

Yosef Haddad is a leading voice in Israeli public diplomacy (Hasbara) and a social activist who identifies as an Arab-Israeli Zionist. A veteran of the Golani Brigade, Haddad was severely wounded during the Second Lebanon War in 2006. Since his recovery, he has dedicated his career to defending Israel's image on the international stage and promoting the integration of Arab citizens into Israeli society, particularly through national service and IDF recruitment. Haddad is the CEO of the NGO "Together – Vouch for Each Other," which aims to connect the Arab sector to Israeli society.

In the aftermath of the October 7, 2023, Hamas massacre, Haddad emerged as a central figure in Israel's media landscape, frequently appearing on domestic and international networks to provide analysis and moral clarity. His rhetoric emphasizes national resilience and the shared destiny of all Israeli citizens regardless of religion. For instance, he has publicly challenged comparisons between his Zionist activism and the political platform of parties like Ra'am.

Recently, Haddad has utilized his platform to report on security-related incidents affecting Israeli communities. In July 2026, he reported on a devastating wildfire in the Samaria community of Havat Gilad, alleging that the blaze—which left dozens of families homeless—was caused by Palestinian police officers. He also remains a key figure in memorializing the victims of the October 7 massacre, marking milestones such as the 1,000th day since the war began with calls for national strength and a refusal to forget the atrocities committed by Hamas. His work continues to focus on the intersection of security, social cohesion, and the defense of Jewish sovereignty.
