The Zioneer has reported multiple instances of Iranian missile launches toward Jordan over the past month, including a reported launch of 30 projectiles toward Jordan and Bahrain on July 13, and a launch of four ballistic missiles toward Aqaba on July 20.
The Sejjil is a long-range, solid-fuel ballistic missile with a range of over 2,000 km, capable of striking targets across the Middle East. The launch from Kermanshah, in western Iran, brings the missiles closer to Jordan's border. The Al Azraq air base is a key Jordanian military installation in the eastern part of the country.
