Aviv Ezra, founder of the reservist group 'Generation of Victory' (Dor HaNitzachon), has joined the political list of Ofer Winter, The Zioneer reported Tuesday evening. The move expands the slate Winter unveiled earlier Tuesday, which initially included seven candidates — journalist Netali Shem Tov, Col. (res.) Eli Gino, attorney Eran Ben-Ari, Davidi Ben Zion, Sigal Kraunik, Fleur Hassan-Nahoum, and Ronen Bodnero.
The Zioneer previously reported on July 28 that 'Generation of Victory' had called on right-wing political figures — including Ofer Winter, Moshe Feiglin, Gilad Erdan, Amir Avivi, and Dedi Simchi — to unite in a single slate or step aside, warning that running separately would lead to a coalition with the Muslim Brotherhood and the establishment of a Palestinian state. Ezra's decision to join Winter's list effectively aligns the group's founder with the candidate he and his organization had urged to consolidate support.
The group, which describes itself as the voice of IDF reservists, has positioned itself as a driving force for right-wing unity. The expanded list now includes eight candidates, adding Ezra to Winter's previously announced lineup. It remains unclear whether additional figures from the right-wing political spectrum will join the list before the deadline for party registration.
