Levin is suspected of stealing an ambulance that was parked and running while securing a medical treatment in the city. According to the suspicion, Levin entered the vehicle under the influence of alcohol and without a valid driver's license, and drove away. The ambulance was found abandoned near the beach shortly after. Levin was located and arrested with the aid of security cameras and identification by Zvulun police station investigators, as reported by N12's Ofer Ravid. The investigation is ongoing.
