A cyclist, approximately 20 years old, was seriously injured Saturday evening after being struck by a bus on Rehov HaRav Levi Bistritzky in Safed, according to Magen David Adom (MDA). MDA paramedics treated the victim at the scene, who was suffering from a severe head injury and was unconscious and ventilated, before evacuating him to Ziv Hospital in Safed.
