In Tehran, the map identifies the Supreme Leader's office and residence, the president's office, the foreign ministry, the intelligence ministry, IRGC headquarters, the Iranian army command, Basij force command, the parliament, the Supreme National Security Council, and the command and control center of the Iranian armed forces.
The energy category includes major oil refineries: Abadan (capacity ~400,000 bpd), the Star Khalij Fars refinery, the largest condensate refinery, and refineries in Tehran, Isfahan, Tabriz, and Shiraz. Strategic terminals listed are Kharg Island oil terminal (20 million barrels storage), South Pars gas hub, Imam Khomeini Port, the northern oil terminal on the Caspian Sea, and Chabahar oil terminal.
