The brush fire near Kibbutz Karmiya, first reported at 16:34 Jerusalem, has been brought under control by firefighters, the Israel Fire and Rescue Services said. The fire, which burned in a wooded area, did not threaten nearby communities. A fire investigator is on site to determine the cause. No casualties have been reported.
