The first strike, carried out yesterday (Saturday) in the Gaza City area, killed Alaa Imad Khamis Tarams, a member of the 'Army of Islam' terrorist organization, and Hassan Ibrahim Shehadeh Qahman, a terrorist from the Palestinian Islamic Jihad. The second strike, conducted last week in the northern Gaza Strip, eliminated Ahmad Khudar, a commander in the Jabalya battalion of the Hamas terrorist organization.
The IDF stated that the three operatives were eliminated to remove an immediate threat. Troops under the Southern Command remain deployed in the area in accordance with the ceasefire agreement and continue to operate to neutralize any threats.
