01 · THE DISPATCH

According to a Lebanese source, an Israeli military patrol was observed in the village of Kfar Tabnit (Tebnit) in the Nabatieh district of southern Lebanon. The village sits at the foot of the Ali al-Taher ridge, a strategic height overlooking the city of Nabatieh.

The area has been a persistent focus of IDF ground operations since early June. As The Zioneer has previously reported, Israeli forces have conducted multiple strikes and ground incursions around Tebnit and the Ali al-Taher ridge, and a road reopening in the nearby Zafta area was reported on June 15. The report remains a single unconfirmed Lebanese media account; the IDF has not commented on the patrol.
