Circulating footage shows Israeli military strikes before dawn Friday in southern Lebanon, targeting the village of Tebnit, Har Ali Taher, and the wider Nabatieh area, according to a report from N12. The extent of damage or casualties is not yet reported.
Footage circulating in Lebanese and Israeli media shows what appears to be a new round of IDF strikes in the Tebnit, Har Ali Taher, and the Nabatieh area of southern Lebanon, conducted before dawn Friday. The report comes from N12, citing material that surfaced this morning. The timing suggests the strikes occurred around 04:00–05:00 Jerusalem time.
The Zioneer has been tracking the IDF's expanding campaign in the Nabatieh region throughout June. Earlier this week (Sun 14 Jun, 07:06), we reported on overnight IDF strikes hitting Nabatieh, al-Abbasiya, Kfar Tebnit, and several other villages near Tyre, as reported by Hezbollah-affiliated Al Mayadeen. Prior to that, on Sat 13 Jun, 12:51, Lebanese sources reported Israeli artillery hitting a house in Nabatieh city. Footage of an artillery shell striking Nabatieh emerged on Friday 02:35, as we reported. This morning's video aligns with a pattern of intensified but largely unconfirmed Israeli raids in the area.
Tebnit (Kfar Tebnit) was also struck in an earlier wave on Mon 8 Jun, 18:34. The Har Ali Taher ridge, above Nabatieh, has been a recurring military target. No independent confirmation of specific targets, weapon types, or casualties is yet available for this operation, and the IDF has not yet issued a statement.
