01 · THE DISPATCH

Security analyst Yair Goldblatt reported on X that interceptions were observed over the Muwaffaq Salti US Air Base in Jordan, located near the city of Az-Zarqa. The report continues earlier reports of sirens and incoming fire in the area.

As The Zioneer reported earlier today (Thu 13:50), Army Radio journalists Moriah Asraf and Doron Kadosh reported that Iranian missiles were targeting the Muwaffaq al-Salti base. This latest report suggests the attack may be ongoing, with interceptions being conducted over the base.

The Muwaffaq Salti base has been a recurring target in recent weeks. On June 10, the IRGC released footage of what it claimed was a missile strike on the base, and Jordanian officials later stated they had intercepted five Iranian ballistic missiles. Open-source footage from June 11 also showed two confirmed impacts at the base, contradicting initial claims of full interception. The current reports indicate the base remains a target in the ongoing multi-front escalation.
