TL;DR

Lebanese sources report three separate Israeli drone strikes in southern Lebanon this morning: one near Tebnit, another between Hadatha and Haris, and a third in Beit Yahoun where an Israeli UAV reportedly dropped grenades, causing casualties. The reports remain unverified.

01 · THE DISPATCH

Lebanese sources are reporting a fresh wave of Israeli drone strikes in southern Lebanon on Thursday morning, expanding beyond the Tebnit area to two additional locations. A series of strikes earlier in the morning around Kfar Tebnit, first reported at 08:50 Jerusalem by Abu Ali Express citing Lebanese sources, described a drone strike on a vehicle that killed one person and seriously wounded another. By the next bulletin at the same timestamp, the casualty count was refined to one killed and one wounded (the wounded condition unspecified), and the Lebanese National News Agency reported at 10:40 that the strike occurred southeast of Nabatieh and that one casualty was critically wounded.

The current reports add that a separate strike occurred about an hour before this morning's new reports — between Hadatha and Haris, further east — and a third in the village of Beit Yahoun, where an Israeli UAV reportedly dropped grenades on a group of Lebanese civilians, causing an unspecified number of casualties. The target affiliations and any link to ongoing IDF ground operations have not been disclosed.

As The Zioneer reported on Wednesday, an Israeli fighter jet struck a target in the al-Tibnah area the previous evening, an area where ground forces are operating. A wider wave of Israeli strikes on southern Lebanese villages was reported on Sunday evening, and two drone strikes were reported on Monday afternoon. The Tebnit area has been hit repeatedly over recent days, with strikes reported on June 8 and June 9 as well.

All reports in this thread remain unconfirmed by independent verification, and no official Israeli or Lebanese military statement has been released. The casualty numbers in Beit Yahoun remain unspecified.
