According to reports, three Jewish Israelis who parked their vehicle in the area around 16:00 were ambushed by a large group of rioters. The attackers hurled stones from rooftops and struck the victims with clubs and boards. One of the victims sustained a skull fracture, confirmed by a CT scan at Shaare Zedek Medical Center, and remains hospitalized in serious condition.
Police arrived at the scene after the attackers had already fled. The victims filed a complaint at the police station. No arrests have been reported as of Thursday night.
