A motorcyclist aged approximately 50 was struck by a vehicle near the Hashalom Interchange in Tel Aviv on Sunday morning and died at the scene, according to MADA (Magen David Adom) emergency services. Paramedics pronounced his death at the scene of the accident.
This is the second fatal motorcycle accident reported in the Tel Aviv area within a week. Earlier Sunday, a motorcyclist was killed on Highway 20 near the same interchange, as The Zioneer reported at 07:17. The new collision occurred nearby, also at the Hashalom Interchange, with a victim of similar age. MDA reported that the rider was struck by a car and died at the scene. Police have not yet released details on the driver of the vehicle or whether any charges are expected.
