New footage has emerged showing attacks in the Shiraz mountains, according to security analyst Yair Goldblatt. The footage is being linked in Iran to a strike on Mount Drak (הר דראק) in northwest Shiraz, a strategic area that houses sensitive military infrastructure, including electronic warfare and jamming towers that were previously targeted.
The development comes on a day of multiple reports from the Shiraz area. As The Zioneer reported earlier Monday (17:35 Jerusalem), additional attacks were reported in the city. At 17:49, the target of an earlier strike was identified as an electronics industry plant. Then, at 00:35 Tuesday, new footage emerged of a US strike on the Shiraz industrial area.
The Mount Drak location is known to host Iranian military infrastructure. In past incidents, electronic jamming towers and electronic warfare systems of the regime were hit there, according to reports.
The footage has not been independently verified, and no official details on the timing or responsible party have been released.
