By Tuesday evening, police had arrested the suspect and his parents on suspicion of assisting him after the incident, according to N12.
The incident is part of a string of violent incidents in Arab communities. As The Zioneer reported on July 19, six suspects were arrested in a stabbing and shooting in Usfiya. In a separate incident, a 15-year-old was stabbed in Jerusalem last month.
The motive for the stabbing remains unclear. The investigation is ongoing, and no charges have been filed yet.
