Preliminary IDF probe: Hezbollah-cell infiltrator crossed into Israeli military enclave south of Lebanon

A preliminary IDF investigation into the incident at the Ramim Ridge area reveals new details: the infiltrator crossed into an Israeli military enclave beyond the border fence inside Lebanese territory, wearing a Hezbollah military uniform. Troops operating in southern Lebanon identified fire toward them and killed the assailant in an exchange near the fence. His body, along with a weapon and a knife, was found inside the enclave, which is defined as military territory and not a civilian area. Searches by drones and special forces have so far found no additional suspects.
