An indictment was filed Thursday against Tal Ben Hamo, 37, of Kiryat Motzkin, for breaking into a woman's home in Kiryat Ata, stealing a mobile phone, and being caught red-handed holding a savings box full of coins, according to journalist Or Ravid (N12). When the victim woke up and confronted him, Ben Hamo allegedly claimed another person had rented him the house and asked, 'Who are you? This is my house.'

According to the charge sheet, the victim awoke from her sleep to find the suspect rummaging through her bedroom closets. She caught him holding a coin savings box.
