A hearing is underway at the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court where lawyers for Tal Yanon Dardik are demanding his immediate release after the administrative detention order against him was overturned. During the hearing, Dardik told Channel 7: 'I feel weak but strong in spirit. Immediately after my release I will return to my farm.'
Tal Yanon Dardik appeared at the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court on Tuesday afternoon for a release hearing, as his lawyers demanded immediate release after the administrative detention order against him was overturned. As The Zioneer reported earlier today, the hearing was scheduled before Judge Amir Shaked, with the district prosecution reportedly supporting Dardik's release after the military appeals court voided the order and Central Command chief Maj. Gen. Avi Blot's appeal was rejected.
During the hearing, Dardik gave an interview to Channel 7, saying: 'I feel weak but strong in spirit. Immediately after my release I will return to my farm.' The court's decision is pending.
