01 · THE DISPATCH

A head-on (?) collision on Route 2582 near the Bedouin town of Abu Qurinat this morning left four people injured, among them a 35-year-old woman and a 3-year-old boy in moderate condition with multi-system trauma. The report, from N12, adds that two additional victims sustained light injuries. All casualties were evacuated by Magen David Adom (MDA) to Soroka Medical Center in Be'er Sheva. As The Zioneer reported earlier today (10:19 Jerusalem), a mother and her three children were injured in a crash earlier on the same route — approximately an hour earlier — suggesting the Bedouin community in the area has experienced two separate incidents this morning. Both cases remain under investigation as first responders treat the injured.
