Initial reports at 19:32 Jerusalem described a man in his 30s critically injured and another lightly wounded. Within the same hour, the first victim was confirmed deceased, and the second victim's condition was upgraded to moderate. The victim's identity was later released as Meir Sha'ar, 21. The circumstances of the rollover remain under investigation.
