N13's Moriah Asraf and Doron Kadosh report that this morning, three soldiers who led the rebellion were sentenced to 30 days imprisonment and dismissed from combat, and a fourth soldier on release leave was sentenced to 20 days and dismissed. This brings to 18 the number of soldiers in the battalion disciplined for the rebellion. The Zioneer has previously reported on the rebellion, which included a mass walkout on July 30 that led to the jailing of 14 soldiers, and subsequent rallies. The IDF has been weighing disciplinary measures, including dismissal from combat, as part of restoring order in the battalion.
