TL;DR

Israel's Home Front Command announced Sunday evening that from Monday at 06:00, the remaining civil-defense restrictions on the northern frontline (Kav Ha'Omek) guidance zone will be fully lifted. Eight communities — Sifsufa, Meron, Or HaGanuz, Bar Yochai, Yesud HaMa'ala, Kisra-Sumei, Beit Jann, and Sde Eliezer — will move from partial to full-activity posture with no restrictions. The IDF statement did not address civil-defense status in other parts of the country.

01 · THE DISPATCH

The Home Front Command's Sunday evening announcement ends the last remaining civil-defense restrictions on the northern frontline, a zone that had remained under partial activity measures even as other areas of the country returned to routine. The eight named communities — Sifsufa, Meron, Or HaGanuz, Bar Yochai, Yesud HaMa'ala, Kisra-Sumei, Beit Jann, and Sde Eliezer — will be allowed full activity from 06:00 Monday.

As The Zioneer reported earlier Sunday evening, these communities had been the last in the northern zone still subject to partial restrictions (limited gatherings, shelter readiness) under the Home Front Command's color-coded civil-defense system. The move completes a phased rollback that began in early June, when the Command first eased restrictions for much of the country.

The IDF statement did not declare a nationwide 'green' status; the announcement covered only the Kav Ha'Omek zone and its listed communities. Earlier today, the Command's guidelines had been extended through Sunday evening, and tonight's update replaces that extension for the frontline area. The status of other regions was not addressed in this announcement.
