Houthi forces are carrying out a widespread attack on Saudi Arabia tonight, according to security analyst Yair Goldblatt. The analyst reports that the attack is a direct response to dozens of Saudi strikes on Yemeni territory over the past 24 hours.
This latest wave follows a large-scale Houthi attack on Saudi Arabia reported by The Zioneer at 01:33 Jerusalem earlier tonight, which was described as taking place on an extraordinary scale. Goldblatt's new report adds specific context regarding the scope and stated motivation of the assault.
The Zioneer has previously reported on the escalating Houthi campaign against Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region, including attacks coordinated with Iranian-backed groups. The extent of the current attack and potential impact on Saudi infrastructure remain unverified at this hour.
