IDF eliminates three senior Islamic Jihad commanders in Gaza strike

The IDF confirmed that a strike last Saturday in the central Gaza Strip killed three senior operatives of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ): Muhammad Atiya Hassan Abu Afash, head of PIJ's engineering array; his deputy Farhat Zuhair Farhat Harara; and Abdallah Allah Riyad Masoud Qadoum, head of the northern-sector anti-tank missile array. The military said they were involved in rebuilding the organization's capabilities after the October 7 massacre and in planning further attacks in violation of the ceasefire.
