Alon Soisa, 46, of Nesher, is facing an expanded indictment filed Thursday that now includes charges of rape of a 6-year-old girl and a 7-year-old boy in incidents dating back years, according to reports. The indictment also charges him with continuing to contact girls under 14 via TikTok while impersonating a 15-year-old boy named 'Yarin from Netanya,' soliciting intimate images and videos.
The new charges expand on the indictment filed earlier Thursday, which included sex crimes within the family from about 20 years ago, as The Zioneer reported. The case began in July when Soisa was arrested on suspicion of impersonating a teenager and sexually harassing minors on WhatsApp. A court later authorized the publication of his name and photo, and police sought additional victims. The investigation revealed that Soisa had allegedly targeted girls as young as eight through WhatsApp groups.
The latest indictment adds the alleged rape of very young children, a significant escalation in the severity of the charges. Soisa remains in custody.
