The indictment alleges that Soisa contacted girls on social media while posing as a minor, and that among the victims was the daughter of a well-known Israeli family. The sex crimes within the family relate to incidents alleged to have occurred approximately 20 years ago.
Soisa was arrested in July, and the court has authorized the publication of his name and photo. The case continues to develop.
