IRGC confirms downing of MQ-9 Reaper drone over Jam, southern Iran

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) confirmed it shot down an MQ-9 Reaper drone over Jam County in Bushehr Province, southern Iran. According to the IRGC, the drone was approaching to intervene in ongoing aerial clashes in the Strait of Hormuz when it was intercepted by IRGC air defenses and destroyed.
