The indictment alleges that when his mother refused to give him money for drugs, he threw and smashed her phone, pushed her forcefully to the floor causing a head injury, and while she was on the ground, disassembled scissors and threatened to kill her. He then resisted arrest and threatened to murder his parents while being taken to the police vehicle.
