A second wave of outages has hit Instagram and Facebook, the second such disruption in under half an hour, as the platforms went down again around 17:08 Jerusalem time. WhatsApp appeared to be unaffected in this new wave, according to user reports and monitoring services. The first wave, first reported by The Zioneer at 16:59, took down Facebook and Instagram, and by 17:01 WhatsApp had also gone down. Some users regained service after that initial disruption, but the new outage suggests instability persists. Meta has yet to issue any statement.
