At 17:06 Jerusalem, multiple Israeli news outlets (N12 and ynet) first reported that Netanyahu had told the High Court the decision is not justiciable and that the Attorney General's position did not change his stance. Shortly thereafter, a report by Altman added that Netanyahu also argued there are no grounds for removal even if the legal counsel and the minister failed to complete a draft of procedures between them.
