Winter, who was first reported by The Zioneer in June to be exploring a new party alongside former justice minister Ayelet Shaked, presented his platform as a clear right-wing alternative.
'We are a clear and distinct part of the right-wing camp,' Winter said. 'We will do everything to establish as broad a right-wing government as possible with as many Zionist partners as possible.' He criticized those who believe the political system can remain unchanged after the October 7 attacks, calling that a 'grave mistake.'
Winter revealed that journalist and Arab-Israeli activist Yosef Haddad would serve as Minister of Hasbara (public diplomacy) in a future government, and journalist Netaly Shem Tov would be placed third on the party list. Other candidates announced include Eli Gino, Dvidi Ben Zion, Eran Ben Ari, and Lali Deri.
Winter had been reported by The Zioneer to be exploring a political run since June, and in August it was reported that he was planning a party specifically to draw votes from National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir and Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich. The new party enters a crowded right-wing field that includes former UN ambassador Gilad Erdan's expected announcement and former IDF chief Gadi Eisenkot's already-launched campaign.
