Police say the suspicion against Agam Tzrafi, the ex-girlfriend of slain Beniahu Razi, has 'greatly strengthened' after new evidence emerged. According to investigators, Tzrafi sent a message to co-suspects reading 'I will finish him today' and taunted Razi in a video call. All those present at the scene remain in custody.
The Jerusalem police investigation into the murder of Beniahu Razi has produced new evidence strengthening the case against his ex-girlfriend Agam Tzrafi, according to Israeli media. Investigators say Tzrafi sent a message to other suspects stating 'I will finish him today' and later taunted Razi in a video call, telling him 'I will show you what whores do.' The police statement described the suspect's attitude as treating Razi's life as 'worth a clove of garlic.'
The Zioneer has previously reported on the case. On July 17, the court lifted the gag order on Tzrafi's name, and on July 22, her detention was extended by seven days. The case is believed to involve a 'red cap' scheme where two women lured Razi to an Airbnb apartment where additional suspects stabbed him.
All individuals present at the scene remain in custody. The investigation is ongoing.
