Emek Dotan, a new Jewish community in northern Samaria, received its first residents on Sunday. The construction of the community was completed in less than a year, after the Israeli Security Cabinet approved expanding Israeli presence in the area.
MK Boaz Bismuth (Likud) attended the moving-in ceremony and declared: 'May we continue to build, settle, and flourish the Land of Israel!' The community is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen Jewish settlement in Samaria, following a series of government decisions to establish new communities in the region.
