At 22:48 Jerusalem, The Zioneer reported a series of developments: initially, air defense systems in Iran were activated; then IRGC air defense systems on Sirik Island were activated; reports followed of a strike on an IRGC naval base in Sirik, marking a second consecutive night of strikes on the base; and finally, explosions were reported in Bandar Abbas alongside claims that the naval base was attacked. Minutes later, at 22:51, unconfirmed reports of a second wave of US strikes targeting Bandar Abbas emerged. By 23:00, security analyst Hananel Aviv assessed that the incident in Bandar Abbas and Sirik appeared to be the activation of defense systems rather than airstrikes.
