At approximately 23:22 on Monday night, Magen David Adom received a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle on Route 60 near the Eli junction in Judea and Samaria. The incident occurred during a protest at the junction. According to reports from the scene, an Arab resident of Judea and Samaria driving a vehicle accelerated toward the protesters and struck a 17-year-old boy. The teen was treated at the scene by IDF medical forces and evacuated to Beilinson Hospital in moderate condition with a head injury. The driver was arrested by police. The initial suspicion of a car-ramming attack was reported at 23:29, with additional details emerging at 23:34. At 23:51, both Magen David Adom and the Hatzala Judea and Samaria rescue service confirmed the victim's age and condition. The incident is under investigation.
