The newly commissioned officers will now proceed to a four-month branch-specific track (code-named Gefen), after which they will fill command positions within the brigade — with the stated aim of gradually developing its entire command echelon from within.

The brigade has not yet stated how many of the 18 graduates will go on to serve in active command roles versus staff positions, and the precise timeline for developing the full all-Haredi command echelon — battalion, company, and platoon commanders — remains unspecified.
