The elimination of the Hamas terrorist who held Yotam Haim, Samer al-Talalka, and Alon Shamriz in a tunnel under Shejaiya was confirmed by The Zioneer. The three hostages were killed in an IDF operation in December 2023 after mistakenly being identified as threats. The terrorist eliminated today also took part in the staged hostage-release ceremonies that Hamas conducted during the temporary ceasefire in November 2023, and had recently been involved in planning attacks on Israeli forces. The identity of the terrorist was not disclosed in the report. This follows a series of Israeli operations targeting Hamas operatives involved in hostage holding and the October 7 attack.
