IDF prepares for days of combat; Israel struck IRGC missile bases in Isfahan

The Israel Defense Forces state they are preparing for at least several days of combat against Iran, including the possibility of a prolonged campaign. All airstrikes on Iranian soil so far have been Israeli, while the US assisted in intercepting Iranian ballistic missiles. The IDF also confirms it struck Revolutionary Guard missile base infrastructure in Isfahan in a second wave. The current round of escalation began with an Israeli strike in Beirut's Dahiyeh that killed two mid-level Hezbollah commanders operating a drone unit.
