The arrest occurred on Thursday after the eight individuals were identified as suspects in the pursuit and assault of Israeli civilians who entered the Mukhmas area. The civilians were later located safe, and the kidnapping alert that had been declared was canceled. The IDF said the operation was guided by the Shin Bet (ISA). The suspects were transferred to security forces for further processing. The IDF continues operations in Judea and Samaria to thwart terrorism.
