Earlier, the Fars news agency, which is affiliated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), reported at 13:27 that 'the enemy attacked in the area of West Azerbaijan.' Minutes later, journalist Asaf Rozentzweig (N12) cited Fars stating that a missile launched by the enemy hit an uninhabited area in the same province. At 14:29, the West Azerbaijan crisis management director confirmed that a missile of 'the enemy' struck open terrain without structures or residents, and reported no casualties.
