Israel's Health Ministry orders hospitals to move to fortified emergency footing

Following a Home Front Command assessment, the Health Ministry directed all hospitals to activate fortified shelter protocols, move operations underground, and mobilize personnel for rapid emergency transition. The IDF was also called to assist hospitals. HMO clinics and well-baby clinics will operate only in facilities with protected spaces.
