Lebanese sources report that Israeli airstrikes on the village of al-Mansouri in southern Lebanon have caused casualties, according to the reports. The number of casualties and the target's affiliation have not been specified.
Lebanese sources are now reporting casualties from the Israeli airstrikes on the village of al-Mansouri, with the reports emerging around 15:30 Jerusalem time. This follows a series of strikes on the village that began at 14:30 Jerusalem on Saturday, when an initial fighter jet strike was reported, followed by at least four airstrikes, and then an additional strike outside the Israeli-declared security zone near the coastal town of Ras al-Bayada.
At 14:30 Jerusalem, The Zioneer reported an initial strike based on Lebanese reports. Minutes later, Abu Ali Express reported at least four fighter jet strikes. Shortly after, N13's Moriah Asraf and Doron Kadosh reported an additional strike on the village, noting it was located outside the security zone. The IDF has not commented on any of the strikes or the casualty reports.
The village of al-Mansouri, located in the Tyre district, has been a frequent target of IDF operations against Hezbollah infrastructure, as The Zioneer has reported. Previous strikes include a drone strike on June 26 that killed one and wounded another, and multiple airstrikes in June targeting the area. The Zioneer's topic page on al-Mansouri notes it has become a focal point of operational activity.
The number of casualties and the identity of those struck remain unclear. It is not known whether the targets were combatants or civilians. The IDF has not issued a statement.
